About / AEC DX Labs
AEC DX Labs is a personal lab for independently developed workflow tools.
The lab focuses on offline-first tools for AEC review work, with an emphasis on local processing, simple distribution, and practical workflow clarity.
Tool philosophy
AEC DX Labs starts from workflow friction that can be described clearly: manual revision checking, unclear data boundaries, and tools that do not fit existing review habits.
The goal is not to add another heavy layer of process. The goal is to remove unnecessary review effort while keeping the workflow understandable to the people already doing the work.
How the lab builds
Each tool is released with a clear scope, behavior people can evaluate quickly, and notes that explain what it does today.
For PDF Diff, that means local processing and straightforward explanations of system requirements and current limitations.
What the lab publishes
AEC DX Labs publishes tool pages, docs, and build write-ups that make the tools easier to evaluate before downloading.
